Tutorial: Customizing a CD Jewel case

Start off by choosing one of the CD Templates in The Art Center portion of the software:

Modify the CD image to your liking.

 Next, launch the Photorealistic section of the software. When the menu appears, find one of the CD models and click on it.

 Using your mouse, click and drag the CD cover. This will "open" the CD jewel case.

Right Click over the CD face. This will allow you to load in the image you've previously created.

Next, click on the small camera icon at the bottom of your screen.

This is the "Export" button. It will allow you to save your 3D image as a jpeg.

Saving your CD

 Choose one of the options. You can choose to save your image as a jpeg, or a PNG (which will provide an image with no background) or a TIF.

The final exported image is shown below.
(Note, I have applied the 'spotlight' effect to the image. The Spotlight effect can be found by RIGHT-CLICKING the background of the 3D world.)
